Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, readability, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and monitoring.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose proactive solutions to ensure project stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
