Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth within the engineering department.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and minimal latency.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain system stability and reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
