Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in agile planning and sprint ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js/React), or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
