Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt in existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
