Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Conduct performance tuning and system diagnostics
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Drive cloud infrastructure decisions on AWS/Azure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in testing frameworks and TDD principles
