Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
