Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in existing codebases.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
