Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices
- Mentor 3+ junior developers through pair programming
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmaps
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of mentoring developers
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
