Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Python, Go, and Kubernetes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing/deployment
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript frameworks
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
