Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to enhance speed and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
