Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices.
