Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks in existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
