Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement robust software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
