Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high code quality and security standards.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement timely fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
