Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Blockchain solutions.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to identify strategic opportunities for digital transformation.
- Oversee the architecture of cloud-native solutions ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
- Champion a culture of innovation, mentoring junior architects and fostering a forward-thinking engineering environment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to future-proof the organization’s infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of defining technology strategies for future horizons (e.g., Year 2026+ roadmaps).
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and ethical AI implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
