Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design of microservices architectures using Kubernetes and Docker for maximum scalability.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into our core infrastructure pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, DevOps, and Data Scientists.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable software development.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology selection for infrastructure components.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, high availability patterns, and fault tolerance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployment and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
