Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to determine their feasibility for integration into the 2026 roadmap.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high software quality.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) ensuring 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior technical lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
