What You Will Do:
- Architect and oversee the development of Project 2026 infrastructure.

- Drive technical decision-making in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Project 2026.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security compliance.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
- Proven track record leading teams of 5+ engineers.
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
