Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pool to ensure consistent pipeline coverage for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from writing compelling job descriptions and screening to interviewing and closing offers.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure cultural fit.
- ATS Administration: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday) and generate recruitment reports.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate journey through timely communication and transparent feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software engineering, data science, or AI sectors.
- Network: A proven track record of building a strong network within the tech community.
- Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
