Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sourcing: Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate data.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set clear success metrics.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our employer brand within the New Orleans tech community through networking events and job fairs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
  • Tech Stack Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical terminology (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
