Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), to identify passive candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
- Interview Management: Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, assess candidate skills, and provide market feedback to clients.
- Onboarding Support: Guide selected candidates through the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into the new role.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the IT and Software Engineering sectors.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source passive candidates and a deep understanding of technical job markets.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
