Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track applicant data and generate reports.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or recruiting for Software Engineering roles.
- Proven track record of filling positions within a reasonable time frame.
- Deep understanding of technical skills and the tech stack (React, Node.js, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
