Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical site audits to identify crawl errors, indexation issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize site architecture and URL structures to improve crawlability and user navigation.
- Implement and audit Schema.org markup to enhance rich snippets and search appearance.
- Collaborate with developers to improve page load speeds and Core Web Vitals metrics.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and implement necessary technical adjustments to maintain rankings.
- Analyze large datasets using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical SEO, ideally within a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Expert knowledge of Google Search Console and Analytics 4.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify.
- Experience with log file analysis and server-side SEO (Nginx/Apache).
