Responsibilities
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT infrastructure team to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by providing technical guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
