Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing in SF communities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first designs
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Local San Francisco Bay Area residency required
