Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for SaaS platforms serving federal agencies
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-driven decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent brand guidelines
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with B2B/SaaS products
- Portfolio showcasing complex enterprise design systems
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and interaction design
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
