Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
