Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-throughput blockchain networks and smart contracts.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product launch, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to bridge the gap between complex protocols and user experiences.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on decentralized innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies to drive technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in languages such as Rust, Solidity, Go, or C++.
- Proven track record of deploying secure, production-grade dApps on major networks (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and peer-to-peer networking.
- Experience leading architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
