The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end SEO strategy, ensuring our clients dominate search results as user behavior evolves. This includes mastering semantic search, voice queries, and the integration of machine learning into marketing funnels.
Responsibilities
- Architect SEO Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive strategies tailored to 2026 search trends, focusing on AI integration and voice search optimization.
- Technical Mastery: Conduct deep-dive technical audits using Python and advanced tools to ensure site architecture supports semantic indexing and Core Web Vitals.
- Content Leadership: Lead the content strategy team to produce high-authority, E-E-A-T focused assets that outrank generative AI answers.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to interpret search intent and behavioral data, translating insights into actionable technical adjustments.
- Link Building 2.0: Manage a portfolio of high-value link-building campaigns utilizing modern outreach methodologies and digital PR.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create executive dashboards that visualize ROI and organic growth trajectories.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in enterprise-level SEO, with at least 2 years leading a strategy team or project.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Google's latest algorithm updates, page experience signals, and schema markup.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data through executive dashboards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to translate technical SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
