Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight onto and off of trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory checks and stock organization to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, scanners, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Availability: Must be able to start work immediately upon hire.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
