Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as AGI, spatial computing, and edge AI.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into legacy infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable software.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to validate new technologies before large-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech: Proven track record of researching and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
