Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI initiatives, identifying emerging trends in generative AI, autonomous agents, and quantum-assisted machine learning.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable AI systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing with low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce robust ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure our AI systems are transparent, fair, and accountable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and business stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into market-leading products.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the deployment of pilot programs for next-gen neural interfaces and predictive analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
