Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, specifically focusing on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Automation) and define integration strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives, collaborating with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to drive innovation.
- System Modernization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure compatibility with future tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in for major architectural changes.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic IT leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically years in advance, with a proven track record of defining successful long-term technology roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and enterprise-grade system design.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and diverse teams.
