Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into R&D and planning cycles
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce trend reports and horizon-scanning briefs for internal stakeholders
- Advise on long-term investments in emerging technologies and future-proof capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
