- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services targeting 2026 markets
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into R&D priorities and KPIs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning work for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
