Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to identify paradigm shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-based models for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Advise executive board on strategic pivots for market disruption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and futurist networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
