Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Scanning Framework
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for C-suite on emerging paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Build quantitative models for technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Author the annual 'State of the Future' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, or circular economy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
