Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, healthcare evolution, and AI governance
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and research labs for emerging tech validation
- Design and execute market disruption models using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in futures thinking methodologies
- Publish thought leadership on technological singularity and societal transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
