Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive macroeconomic and technological trend analysis to identify opportunities and threats for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Strategic Vision, translating complex data into clear, actionable roadmaps for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) into product development cycles.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnerships that align with the 2026 vision.
- Present compelling insights and future scenarios to stakeholders, board members, and investors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate innovation.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and driving long-term growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into high-level insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
