Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Identify emerging technology trends (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-ready solutions.
- Manage partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Communicate complex technological visions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee the transition from legacy systems to next-generation architectures by 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture, and digital transformation trends.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
- Proven track record of leading high-level projects to completion within aggressive timelines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
