Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning technical milestones with high-level business objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to inform strategic product direction.
- Manage stakeholder relations, providing clear communication and updates to executive leadership and external partners.
- Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and risk management for complex, long-term projects.
- Drive the integration of user feedback into the strategic product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, product strategy, or technology leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven history of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-year projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
