Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align on long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage complex project lifecycles, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for future expansion.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about the long-term implications of business decisions and translate them into actionable strategies.
