- Strategic Sourcing & Forecasting: Identify critical skill gaps and proactively source top-tier talent for complex, high-impact roles.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-Suite executives and department heads to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: 5+ years of experience in strategic recruiting or talent acquisition management with a proven track record of forecasting and planning.
