Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a clear technical roadmap for the 2026 era, aligning business goals with emerging technologies.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Web3 architectures.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure robust, scalable, and secure systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into product roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
