Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business goals and market opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for disruption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to execute the strategic vision effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Manage technology budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within scope.
- Innovation Cultivation: Foster a culture of innovation by implementing agile methodologies and encouraging experimentation with new technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, and Data Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or similar strategic leadership certifications are highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
