Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to drive product vision.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee architectural strategy for large-scale, distributed systems and ensure high availability and security.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership and board members effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or major infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
