Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with quarterly deliverables.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT).
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define product requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots, overseeing feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Identify potential risks in the technology stack and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry shifts and adapting organizational strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
