Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across warehouse, transportation, and vendor management
- Implement and optimize WMS/TMS systems for real-time visibility and efficiency
- Develop strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and key suppliers
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Present performance metrics to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 7+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and optimization (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ through process innovation
- Knowledge of Memphis's transportation infrastructure and regional logistics landscape
- CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
