Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps focusing on circular economy principles and net-zero operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven resource optimization and carbon tracking systems
- Partner with R&D to commercialize next-gen carbon capture and renewable energy solutions
- Advise C-suite on ESG compliance and emerging sustainability regulations
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists through innovation sprints and green hackathons
- Present breakthrough sustainability frameworks at industry conferences and investor forums
- Measure and report on environmental KPIs using blockchain-verified impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years leading corporate sustainability initiatives with quantifiable carbon reduction results
- Expertise in circular economy modeling, carbon accounting protocols, and ESG frameworks
- Proficiency in sustainability software (Sapio, Persefoni) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience securing green financing and sustainability-linked investments
- Strong background in AI/ML applications for environmental resource management
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
