Responsibilities
- Design integrated solar/wind/hydro energy systems for smart cities
- Develop AI-driven energy optimization algorithms
- Lead sustainability compliance for new infrastructure projects
- Partner with urban planners to create carbon-neutral districts
- Research emerging green tech (fusion, hydrogen, bioenergy)
- Present strategies to C-suite and municipal stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in sustainable engineering principles
Qualifications
- MS in Renewable Energy Systems or related field
- 5+ years in sustainable energy architecture
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (HOMER, EnergyPlus)
- Experience with smart grid integration
- LEED AP or BREEAM certification
- Published research in clean energy innovation
- Strong Python/MATLAB for algorithm development
- Portfolio of implemented green energy projects
